P.E.P.P. Unlimited’s staff is experienced in marketing and direct management of personal care/assisted living facilities. SHERRY HILL, CEO
Sherry is co-owner of P.E.P.P. Unlimited. She graduated with B.S. and M.B.S degrees in Education from the University of Missouri and taught in the public school system for many years. She began her career in personal care as an Activity Director for an Assisted Living facility in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Throughout her career, she has served in many roles including direct care giver, nursing, management, marketing, and public relations.
Sherry has been an independent trainer for personal care and assisted living administrators in the state of Pennsylvania since 1990. Along with the 100-hr PCH Administrator course and the 15-hr ALR Administratior course, Sherry conducts several training sessions throughout the year at P.EP.P. Unlimited and speaks at conventions, seminars, and workshops. She has trained thousand of staff members of personal care and assisted living facilites and nursing homes on a variety of topics. Students from all over Pennsylvania have taken her courses and requently return for other educational sessions she facilitates.
Sherry has traveled extensively throughout the state as a consultant. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the industry is greatly respected. She has the uncanny ability to inspire and motivate individuals to strive to be the best professional and/or Administrator.
JOHN PERRY, President & CFO
A graduate of Mansfield State College, John Perry has been in the Personal care and Assisted Living Industry since 1977. In 1977-1979, he co-authored the original Personal Care Home regulations for the state of Pennsylvania. He opened and managed one of the first facilities in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to be licensed as Personal Care. This was a 55 bed facility located in East Stroudsburg. He later opened and managed other facilities throughout Pennsylvania.
He and his wife established P.E.P.P. Unlimited in 1990 and is recognized as an expert for his knowledge and experience in Personal Care and Assisted Living. With his vast knowledge and extensive experience, he consults in building, marketing, and managing both new and existing Personal Care/Assisted Living Facilities. John has also designed computer programs for marketing and operational needs in facilities.
John was a founding member of the National Organization, Assisted Living Federation of America, ALFA, and continues to be active in state and national organizations related to Personal Care and Assisted Living. He was a recipient of the Business Man of the Year Award in the Pocono mountain area for his diligent and continual work in his field.
